![]() ![]() In combat, there are little yellow numbers that list all the (I presume? I suppose I could be wrong. However, there is no way inside the game to know what the trap resist is, which seems to always be the stumbling block. Oh it's totally acceptable as a mechanic, and most everything else in the game works the same way so shouldn't even be a surprise. It's not the most elegant way to do it, but it is somewhat common for games that do this style of resist checking. Just like when you have 130% chance to stun vs 100% Chance stun resist = 30% chance to land the stun. Essentially you need to get the difference of the trap chance vs trap disarm chance. I think the game just decided "F-ck you, this is going to be one of those runs". Probably would've been amushed after camping too if not for Highwayman's ability. Level 3 armour on everyone and hardly dodged an attack for the whole dungeon. My Occultist cast many Wyrd Rec heals and I'd say 80% of them were between 0 and 3 (out of 14!), with a couple of 0's causing bleeds -_. The whole run felt "rigged" to be honest. I was doing a Veteran run, so was probably quite unlucky to fail 3 in a row. Assuming you were doing a champion run, at 100%, it would have been 40% chance of failure, and at 110% it would have been 30% chance of failure. If you don't have max trap disarm, you have even higher chances. Your trap disarm stat is capped at 135% (if you have higher, it doesn't actually work).Įffectively, this means that even with max (135%) trap disarm, champion traps still have a chance to go off (135% - 40% = 95%, so a 5% chance of failure). What you see is your "trap disarm stat". โพสต์ดั้งเดิมโดย Sunwave:I actually made a topic about this a few days ago, because I was confused too. ![]()
